I have a simple rule for items I sell: it has to be amazing! This (vegan) chocolate cake is no exception! It is extremely moist and I keep it on the light side with just a dusting of powdered sugar. Available in Mini and Large. The Mini is an individual serving; the Large is 6-8 servings.
